Introduction
The role of a manager as a mentor is critical in the growth of staff in their organization. Managers should also seek to add the skills of mentoring to their repertoire.

Training Methodology
The programme will be highly interactive complemented with mini lectures, experiential activities, role plays, group discussion and action planning. Approaches will take into consideration adult learning theories and the use of multiple intelligence approaches.
